	RECALL:  Sea & Sea DX-3100 Aquapix Date: 2004-04-07 URGENT RECALL: Sea & Sea Aquapix Sea & Sea has announced a recall of its DX-3100 Aquapix amphibious camera due to reports of water leakage into the battery compartment. According to Sea & Sea, tests on defective cameras revealed micro cracks in the battery compartment door. The following serial numbers are affected by the recall: Serial Numbers: 000000001 ~ 030204016 Owners of DX-3100 Aquapix cameras affected by the recall should return the camera to Sea & Sea. A US Post pre-paid label can be printed from the following URL: http://www.seaandsea.com/APUpgradeLabel.pdf To minimize inconvenience, Sea & Sea will attempt to ship back upgraded DX-3100 cameras within 7 days. We have been informed by our Research and Development department of the possibility of a crack appearing in the battery compartment door of the DX-3100 Aquapix amphibious camera that may lead to water leakage.
